Matt, Jon and their sweet dog, Arden, will soon have the house of their dreams! Nestled on a miracle of a lot off a busy road, their two-story home will surround a courtyard with a pool and hot tub and steer clear of the small forest of mature trees in the back corner of the lot so that they can enjoy views into them from a variety of spaces.

Groups of friends will fill the house on game nights, so the main level of the house is designed to accommodate both small gatherings and just Matt, Jon and the pup. The premiere space in the house is the kitchen and dining/game table, which is located in the center of the house and is a two-story space with a wall of windows on one side and a stair on the other.

The house is currently in the design phase and we are working with Claire Craven on landscape design and Raleigh Construction Company for pre-construction services. Construction will begin in spring of 2023.
